Network Design & ImplementationDesign, deploy, and maintain enterprise‑grade LAN/WAN/WLAN networks.Install and configure routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.Create detailed network diagrams, documentation, and topology maps.2. Network Operations & SupportMonitor network performance and troubleshoot issues (latency, outages, hardware failures).Perform daily network health checks and ensure 24×7 availability of critical systems.Provide Level 2/3 support for escalated network incidents.3. Security & ComplianceConfigure and maintain firewall rules, ACLs, IDS/IPS, and network segmentation.Ensure network compliance with industry standards and security policies.Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation activities.4. Optimization & Capacity PlanningAnalyze network usage and forecast future requirements.Implement QoS, traffic shaping, and optimization strategies.Recommend upgrades to improve reliability and performance.5. Cloud & Virtualization (Optional/If Applicable)Manage hybrid network environments across cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).Support SD‑WAN, VPN tunnels, virtual firewalls, and cloud connectivity tools.Preferred Skills & CertificationsCCNA / CCNP / CCIEJNCIA / JNCISExperience with SD‑WAN technologiesKnowledge of network automation (Python, Ansible, APIs)Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix)Thank you for your interest in applying for this position with TCS.
