Network Engineer - Operations (Managed Services Engagement)

The role involves on-site deployment at client premises to support, operate, and maintain complex enterprise networks. It requires deep technical expertise, operational skills, and the ability to work in a high-demand environment.Duties and Responsibilities:Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network systems to ensure availability, performance, and security.Provide proactive maintenance and incident resolution.Collaborate with internal and client teams for issue resolution and network changes.Participate in change control processes and support 24/7 operations.Maintain documentation of configurations and activities.Implement and upgrade network solutions, including migrations and updates.Conduct testing, validation, and prepare technical documentation.Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting and support.Deliver technical support and knowledge transfer sessions.Required Technical Expertise:Hands-on experience with Cisco Collaboration Suite, Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA Center, Wireless LAN Controllers, Routing & Switching, Cisco Imagicle Recording, F5 Load Balancers, Riverbed Steelhead, Orion SolarWinds Monitoring.Desirable knowledge of network security solutions, wireless design, SDN, and network monitoring tools.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related field.5+ years in network operations, support, and implementation.Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE) preferred.Experience in Managed Services is a plus.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
