OverviewThe Dubai Foundation for Women and Children is the first authorized non-profit shelter and humanitarian care in the United Arab Emirates to care for women and children who are victims of domestic violence, child abuse, and victims of human trafficking. It was established in late 2007 in order to provide victims with immediate shelter, protection and support services, in accordance with international human rights conventions.ResponsibilitiesManage the operational administration of the foundationSupport IT Director in delivering the IT environment for the buildingProvide helpdesk support and troubleshooting at first lineEnsure users of the facilities receive a professional and proactive response at all timesMaintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendorsQualificationsBachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering/ITExperience in the IT domain with at least 4 years work experience in an IT support role#J-18808-Ljbffr
