Network Infrastructure Support Specialist-Cloud Network & Automation Tools Expert role at Dicetek LLC.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, B. Tech, BE, MCA, BSc, or related Information System is mandatory.IT Certifications CCNA and CCNP are mandatory.Preferred Certification in Cloud Networking Technologies (Azure, AWS or OCI).Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in handling / troubleshooting Network infrastructure, Services, and network projects, with good knowledge of Cisco switches and routers, Nexus switches, Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE.Good experience with Cloud Networking solutions in Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.Good knowledge and experience on Cisco, Dell or similar SDN technology.Good work experience in scripting knowledge, Automation, Ansible, GitHub, Jenkins, and basic Linux.Must have good experience in troubleshooting, resolving, and working on RCAs for critical issues, with strong knowledge of networking principles and protocols.Must have expert level knowledge in Static and Dynamic routing protocols, NAT, DMVPN, Multicast, QOS concepts.Must have experience in managing datacenter network and branch network.Willing to work 24/7 support in operations role and attitude to extend beyond to support whenever there is a demand and in crisis.
