Job Description As a .NET/Vue.Js Developer at Tieto Banktech, you will play a crucial role in working with loan origination customers within the banking and finance sector. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and delivering advanced lending solutions based on the credit origination software product cLO. You will collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, interacting with them in various project phases such as pre-study, requirements definition, implementation, testing, training, and UAT. Additionally, you will work as part of a scrum team to optimize value creation flow, ensure high-quality deliveries, and drive customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve mentoring junior colleagues and developing expertise in credit handling solutions to bridge the gap between business and IT/development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, implement, and deliver advanced lending solutions using credit origination software product cLO - Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders throughout project lifecycle - Work as part of a scrum team to optimize value creation flow and ensure high-quality deliveries - Interact with internal and customer IT and business representatives in various project phases - Mentor junior colleagues and help them grow - Develop expertise in credit handling solutions to bridge the gap between business and IT/development **Qualifications Required:** - 6+ years of experience in .Net C# development - 2+ years of experience in Vue JS - Knowledge and passion for working in agile methodologies like scrum and kanban - Strong knowledge of WCF, REST, Basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript), ASP.Net Core, Vue, javascript, Cloud technologies, and Azure - Knowledge and passion for AI is an added advantage - Workflow knowledge in Nintex K2 workflow - SQL server development skills, SSRS - Knowledge and experience of Azure stack and public cloud - Solid experience in agile development - Ability to plan and conduct technical workshops - Excellent communication skills in verbal and writing - Strong English language skills - A relevant university degree If you are a team player who takes initiative, organizes work efficiently, and enjoys both learning from and coaching colleagues, this role is for you.
