Drives system integration, AI enablement, modernization initiatives, and platform governance while ensuring technical excellence, quality standards, and alignment with business objectives.</p><h3>Key Accountability Areas</h3><p>Hybrid Application Development:</p><ul><li>Design and develop high-performance backend services using .NET Core.</li><li>Build and maintain frontend and business applications using the Mendix low-code platform.</li><li>Implement seamless integration between high-code and low-code components.</li><li>Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.</li></ul><p>AI Integration&Intelligent Solutions:</p><ul><li>Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications, including:<ul><li>Large Language Model (LLM) integration (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI).</li><li>Predictive analytics and machine learning models.</li><li>Automated document processing and intelligent workflows.</li></ul></li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI-driven use cases.</li><li>Ensure secure and scalable AI deployment within enterprise environments.</li></ul><p>System Architecture&Integration:</p><ul><li>Design and implement microservices architectures using .NET.</li><li>Develop RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between Mendix applications, .NET services, and third-party systems.</li><li>Ensure high availability, security, and performance across distributed systems.</li><li>Contribute to architectural decision-making and technical roadmaps.</li></ul><p>Platform Governance&Best Practices:</p><ul><li>Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Mendix platform.</li><li>Establish and enforce best practices in:<ul><li>Model-driven development</li><li>Application security</li><li>Performance optimization</li><li>Scalability and maintainability</li></ul></li><li>Define development standards, CI/CD processes, and governance frameworks.</li></ul><p>Application Modernization&Cloud Migration:</p><ul><li>Lead modernization initiatives for legacy systems.</li><li>Migrate applications into hybrid cloud environments.</li><li>Leverage low-code/no-code (LC/NC) platforms for rapid UI prototyping.</li><li>Utilize .NET for complex business logic and high-performance processing.</li><li>Ensure smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations.</li></ul><p>Mentorship, Quality&Documentation:</p><ul><li>Conduct code reviews and model reviews to ensure quality and compliance.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and architectural artifacts.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior developers in both high-code and low-code methodologies.</li><li>Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.</li></ul><h3>Role Accountability</h3><h3>HR Proficiency</h3><ul><li>Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.</li></ul><h3>Delivery</h3><ul><li>Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.</li><li>Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.</li><li>Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.</li></ul><h3>Problem-Solving</h3><ul><li>Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.</li></ul><h3>Quality</h3><ul><li>Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.</li></ul><h3>Business Process Improvement</h3><ul><li>Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.</li></ul><h3>Compliance</h3><ul><li>Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.</li></ul><h3>Health, Safety, and Environment</h3><ul><li>Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.</li></ul><h3>Academic Qualification</h3><p>Bachelor Degree in Information Mgmt.
