Neonatologist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Neonatologist to join our team of compassionate healthcare professionals. In this role, you will provide expert care for newborn infants, especially those born prematurely or with critical health conditions, within our state‑of‑the‑art Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care for our most vulnerable patients.Key responsibilities include:Assessing and diagnosing medical conditions in neonatesProviding advanced medical management and life‑saving interventionsDesigning and implementing individualized treatment plansWorking closely with families to provide education and supportParticipating in clinical research and quality improvement initiativesMentoring and training medical staff and residents in neonatology best practicesRequirementsMD or DO degree from an accredited medical schoolCompletion of Pediatric residency and Neonatology fellowshipBoard certification in NeonatologyActive medical license in the state of practiceMinimum of 3 years experience working in a NICU or similar environment preferredStrong clinical, diagnostic, and procedural skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamCommitment to continuing education and professional developmentBenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePaid Time OffTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus#J-18808-Ljbffr
