We are committed to:ResponsibilityEmpowermentConnectivityCourageResponsibilities:Candidate shall be able to provide expert technical advisory services in planning, design, implementation, validation and optimization of (Communication, Navigation, Surveillance and Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) systems for major airportsThe consultancy role shall support airports projects developments, Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs), and aviation authorities in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient air traffic operations in accordance with ICAO and national regulations.Provide subject matter expertise on CNS/ATM infrastructure including:Air Traffic Management (ATM) systemVoice Communication Systems (VCS)VHF/UHF/HF communicationsData link systems (CPDLC, AFTN, AMHS)Meteorological SystemsDevelop technical specifications, system architectures, and integration strategies.Support concept of operations (CONOPS) development.Participate in tender preparation and technical bid evaluation.Oversee system installation, integration, testing, and commissioning.Conduct FAT, SAT, and operational acceptance reviews.Provide risk assessments and mitigation plans.Ensure compliance with:International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards and recommended practices (SARPs)National Civil Aviation Authority regulationsEUROCONTROL / regional ATM requirements (where applicable)Support safety case development and hazard analysis (FHA, PSSA, SSA).Contribute to safety management system (SMS) documentation.Conduct system performance analysis and capacity studies.Recommend modernization and digital transformation initiatives.Support transition to advanced ATM concepts (e.g., performance-based navigation, trajectory-based operations, remote towers).Provide expert reports and executive-level briefings.Coordinate and follow up on design and construction activities related to ATM/CNS systems projects.Review construction-related submittals to ensure compliance with contract specifications and drawings.Coordinate and respond to contractor inquiries, RFIs, and substitution requests in a timely and professional manner.Review and monitor design and construction programs and provide recommendations to management.Supervise the engineering, supply, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of ATM/CNS systems, including but not limited to:Interface with clients on all ATM/CNS system components, proactively addressing issues and ensuring high levels of client satisfactionRequirements:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 15+ years of experience in ATM/CNS systems within aviation or airport projects or related.Proven involvement in major ATM modernization or airport expansion projects.Experience with ANSP or airport technical environments.Strong knowledge of ICAO standards, EUROCONTROL, Cybersecurity and international aviation regulations.Hold ICAO CNS/ATM certification programsAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong technical documentation capabilityHigh-level stakeholder communicationRisk management and safety-oriented mindsetAbility to work in multicultural and regulatory-driven environments* While we carefully review all applications, only candidates meeting the specified requirements will be contacted for further consideration.
