We are seeking dynamic and passionate English Language Teachers (male and female) to join our esteemed team in Riyadh!Key ResponsibilitiesTo plan, prepare & deliver courses, schemes of work, and individual lessons, appropriate to the needs, interests, experience, and existing knowledge of studentsTo assist in the development of appropriate syllabuses, resources, schemes of work, marking policies, and teaching strategies in the DepartmentTo contribute to the Department’s improvement plan and its implementationTo contribute to the whole college’s planning activitiesTo contribute to the Department process of self-review, evaluation, and improvement planning activitiesTo undertake formative & summative assessments to ensure progress, and implement interventions where requiredEducation & ExperienceTo be considered for this role, you MUST possess the following qualifications and attributes:Master's or Bachelor's degree in English, Engineering, or Education.TEFL Level 4 certification.Teaching qualification to level 4 (working towards level 5 within 2 years).Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, with 3 years in TESL in the post-secondary sector.Experience in delivering technical English in the context of engineering and manufacturing.Using digital technologies to ensure a 3rd millennium learning environment.Proven expertise in applying experiential learning practices effectively.Strong ability in formative assessment to inform learner progress and attainment.Experience in collaboratively designing and delivering an integrated curriculum.Key CompetenciesThorough knowledge of teaching best practices.Strong problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated track record of identifying and filling needs proactively.Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to set priorities in a dynamic and complex environment to meet critical deadlines and milestones.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to own professional development.Creative and energetic.Salary and BenefitsCompetitive Salary PackageGross salary of SAR 18,500 / £3,950 / $4,950 per month (including housing and other allowances) TAX-FREE30 days annual leave + KSA national holidaysIqama transfer costs will be covered by the companyComprehensive Medical Insurance as per company policyEnd of Service Award upon successfully completing the contractJoin us at Lincoln College International and become part of a progressive and visionary institution that is shaping the future of education in Saudi Arabia.
