Job Description
<div><p>Lead and manage national used trucks sales operations by driving revenue growth, optimizing inventory turnover, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Oversee multi‑region sales teams, set targets, analyze market trends, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards to maximize profitability and market share.</p><h3>Key Accountabilities</h3><ul><li>Prepare volume and value forecasts for used trucks sales by region.</li><li>Set targets for sales teams; review performance, call rates, and new prospects.</li><li>Maintain a list of major customers; plan strategically to secure business and personally visit top prospects monthly.</li><li>Ensure regional inventory is received, kept in good condition, monitored for movement, and accurately recorded.</li><li>Maintain strict control of sales‑related costs to stay within budget.</li><li>Review product knowledge and sales techniques quarterly; develop training plans to enhance selling skills.</li><li>Monitor and correct direct costs related to used trucks maintenance with the Service Department to align with budget.</li><li>Monitor competitors’ activities; gather and analyze intelligence and recommend strategies for penetration and expansion.</li></ul><h3>Educational Qualifications and Certifications</h3><ul><li>University degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant discipline.</li></ul><h3>Knowledge</h3><ul><li>Strong negotiation techniques and customer relationship management skills.</li><li>Ability to assess vehicle condition, determine fair market value, and manage lifecycle from acquisition to resale.</li></ul><h3>Technical Skills</h3><ul><li>Relevant product knowledge.</li></ul><h3>Language Skills</h3><ul><li>Fluency in both English and Arabic.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>8–10 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role in used equipment/vehicle sales.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
