Nail Technician

<div><h3>Job Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>To perform nail therapies in accordance with the Salon’s nail services SOP’s.</li><li>Recommend clients appropriate homecare products during each service session.</li><li>To strive to achieve individual revenue target and set goals.</li><li>To take responsibility in building a clientele on a regular basis.</li><li>To assist fellow members of the team in their work and show support.</li><li>To attend events outside of the Brand in order to promote the brand externally.</li><li>Taking proper care of the tools and equipment.</li><li>Maintaining adequate inventory level and assisting in product ordering process by checking existing products.</li><li>To adhere to the standards of sterilization and sanitation as routed by the Salon and Municipality.</li><li>Ensure working areas are kept clean and all equipment and products are used with care.</li><li>To attend all internal and external trainings of products and services.</li></ul><h3>Qualities&Expectations</h3><ul><li>Maintain immaculate grooming standards at all times.</li><li>High energy and flexible, Friendly and approachable to clients and staff all the time.</li><li>Personality fit with the Brand’s DNA, style and spirit.</li><li>To utilise working hours productively.</li><li>To assist fellow members of the team in their work and show support.</li><li>To attend and be committed towards training and progression within the brand.</li><li>To apply professionalism and a high level of customer service at all times.</li><li>Delivering results within a highly motivated and fast-paced environment.</li><li>To understand and adhere to company POLICIES&PROCEDURES and SOPs.</li><li>Review periodically and ensure compliance.</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Previous Beauty / Nail Qualification preferred.</li><li>Minimum one (1) year salon experience in an international standard salon</li><li>Technical skills required: All nail services, including manicure, pedicure, cutting, shaping nails, filing/cuticle work, applying polish, and gel.</li><li>Ability to perform nail extensions is an advantage</li><li>English Personality traits: Articulate verbal and written communication</li><li>Interpersonal skills</li><li>Self‑motivated Enthusiastic</li><li>Empathetic Sales‑oriented</li><li>Professional presentation</li><li>Willing to work shift hours, including evenings and weekends</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
