Multimedia Designer

Job DescriptionExperience in video production, effects, and planning, designing, and producing video and multimedia content for educational and marketing purposes. Should be knowledgeable about the latest trends in interactive and multimedia technology, providing advice on design and best practices to ensure optimal learner experiences on multimedia platforms (including familiarity with analog studio setup). Keep pace with advancements in software, hardware, and trends in multimedia development. Knowledge of animated graphics and logo animation using Adobe After Effects.Design computer graphics, web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, brochures, and various other forms of visual communication. Create videos based on presentations and animations. Produce engaging animations, motion designs, infographics, and digital publications. Edit and enhance video and audio for multimedia broadcasting. Video editing and production using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, MPEG Stream clip, and iMovie. Design and edit multimedia content (storyboards, video editing, post-production, social media, interactive content, and publishing). Design and produce appropriate illustrations and infographics. Perform any other duties related to the nature of the work.Minimum QualificationBachelor’s degree (Multimedia, Graphic Arts, Video Production or Equivalent work experience)Preferred QualificationExpected Skills3-6 years’ experience In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Aftereffects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere), advanced graphic design, infographic, motion graphics and other design toolsSkilled in graphic design, user interface design, typography and illustrationKnowledge of graphic design principles (visual hierarchy; color; typography)Self-motivated, Self-directed learner, Communication skills, Teamwork skills, Hard-working, focus on results.
