You will be instrumental in shaping our visual identity and delivering impactful campaigns. As our Multimedia Designer, your key responsibilities will include: 1. Content Creation and Design Conceptualize and design a wide range of compelling visual assets Develop creative concepts Maintain an acute awareness of current design trends 2. Video Production and Editing Manage the end-to-end video production process Produce engaging video content & Optimize video content Demonstrate strong skills in video editing software 3. Web and Social Media Design Design captivating graphics and visual elements Ensure visual consistency and brand coherence Stay updated on the latest digital design trends 4. Project Management and Collaboration Efficiently manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams Present design concepts and rationale 5. Brand Identity and Compliance Act as a guardian of our brand identity Develop and implement design standards Champion brand recognition and impact Requirements What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Arts, or a related field. 3-5+ years of proven professional experience in a multimedia design role, ideally within a fast-paced environment. A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional graphic design, videography, motion graphics, and web/social media design skills. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Experience with other design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is a plus. Solid understanding of UI/UX principles for web and digital platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
