Multi-unit and Bilingual (English/Arabic) Director of Finance – Mixed-Use Portfolio including Hospitality (Middle East)This role offers the opportunity to shape financial performance across a growing portfolio of serviced apartments and mixed-use assets in a dynamic Middle Eastern market, working closely with ownership and executive leadership to drive long-term value.We are recruiting a seasoned Director of Finance to lead the financial strategy and operations for a portfolio of serviced apartments and mixed-use hospitality assets across the Middle East. This role requires a commercially driven finance leader with deep expertise in extended-stay and residential-style hospitality, combined with experience overseeing multiple properties within a cluster structure.The successful candidate will bring a balance of operational finance discipline and strategic insight, with a proven track record managing diverse property types, including serviced apartments, boutique residences, and luxury hotel components within integrated developments.Candidate ProfileCurrently serving in a Multi-Unit Director of Finance role, overseeing a minimum of three properties.Extensive experience within serviced apartments, extended-stay, or mixed-use hospitality environments.Background in luxury, deluxe, and boutique hospitality segments, with exposure to both large-scale and smaller, niche properties.Strong understanding of residential hospitality financial models, including long-term stays and hybrid lease structures.Mandatory Middle East experience, with strong knowledge of regional financial practices and regulations.Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.Commercially astute with the ability to translate financial data into operational strategy.QualificationsCPA or CA qualification preferred, or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.Strong command of hospitality financial systems and reporting platforms.Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.Core CompetenciesMulti-property financial leadershipServiced apartment & extended-stay expertiseAsset and investment managementGovernance, compliance & controlsLeadership and team developmentPrimary Responsibilities:Provide strategic financial leadership across a multi-property portfolio of serviced apartments and mixed-use developments.Oversee all aspects of financial management including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis.Drive profitability through detailed understanding of long-stay revenue models, occupancy trends, lease structures, and ancillary income streams.Partner with Operations and Commercial teams to optimize RevPAR, GOP, and NOI performance across assets.Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements, tax frameworks, and corporate governance standards within the Middle East.Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of financial systems, reporting processes, and internal controls.Manage owner relations, asset management reporting, and investment performance tracking.Oversee cash flow, working capital management, and capital expenditure planning across multiple properties.Develop and mentor finance teams across the cluster, ensuring consistent standards and succession planning.Compensation: Salary + company benefits.If you meet with the above requirements, please send your current resume and a cover note to Yasmin Khambatta at yasmin@renardinternational.com and Pina Mercuri at pmercuri@renardinternational.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
