Unwind in the Middle East’s only wellness centre in a resort setting, spread across lush botanical gardens.Job DescriptionInspect and perform preventative maintenance on property’s facilities and equipmentInspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective actionAssist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful wayInspect, clean, maintain and repair all MEP systems available at the premisesMaintain all lighting throughout the hotelMaintain all HVAC unitsTroubleshoot and repair all equipment that is non‑operationalDo all work orders pertaining to the hotelAnswer all calls and perform repairs; if unable to repair, notify the duty engineer of the problemMaintain the reading of utility meters and report any deviationDaily walk around all plant rooms and workshop and report any deviationTake daily engineering all operation checklist to ensure equipment’s are in good conditionGive proper handover to next shift with pending issues, major work if any updateAcknowledge complaints within given time frame before escalation and complete the job; if pending, report to duty engineer to stop with detailed explanation in remarksFollow pending complaints during your shift and complete the work in coordination with Engineering Shift LeaderDo the PPM for all equipment as instructed by Engineering Shift Leader on a monthly basis and update the PPM job sheet to be validated by Chief EngineerOperate BMS system as per requirements and notify Engineering Shift Leader if any changes are made during your shift such as override valves/fansMaintain cleanliness of workshop, work place and plant rooms before/during/after the workQualificationsHighly responsible and reliablePrevious experience with painting, plumbing, electrical wiring and other related experience is an assetPrevious experience with pool and spa is an assetAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimal supervisionEnthusiastic and dependableActive listeningA self‑starter, takes initiative, can make decisions in a fast‑paced, changing environmentConstant standing and walking throughout shiftProficient in the English language (verbal & written), second language is an assetCustomer serviceInterpersonal skillsGood communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
