DescriptionRole : Administrative CoordinatorLocation: DubaiRole Purpose:Assist the Valuation department in registering new requests emailing and calling clients/customers arranging inspections and general admin housekeeping.Key Accountabilities of the role General:Provide a high level of customer service and carePresent the company in a professional manner in all business events.Self-development and continuing personal development.Policies Systems Processes and Procedures:Collect and report to senior admin business process and problems to develop solutions in order to enhance efficiencies.Including good use of MS Office Oracle and Other ADIB Applications.Valuations:Ensure a high standard of work levelEnsure turnaround times are met for all respective casesTraining:MS Office OracleSpecialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:Diploma Degree (preferred in Real Estate Valuation/projects)Good communication skillsGood office skillsGood knowledge of MS Office applications CRM etcPrevious experience:Minimum 2 years experienceRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Fashion Retail,Advisory,DCS,Activex,Jboss,Architecture Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
