Movement Section Manager

<div><h3>JOB PURPOSE</h3><p>To acquire, manage, maintain, and dispose of fleet vehicles in accordance with the Department strategy and PSD requirements</p><h3>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES&RESPONSIBILITIES</h3><h3>Departmental Focus</h3><ul><li>Contribute to the development of and oversee the implementation of the strategic plan for the Section</li><li>Develop the operational plans for the Section and monitor performance against the agreed KPIs</li><li>Prepare and submit management reports on the operational activities and make recommendation for improvement when applicable</li><li>Prepare the annual budget for the Section</li><li>Represent the Section at various committees and at external and internal meetings</li><li>Participate in developing and updating policies and procedures</li></ul><h3>Movement</h3><ul><li>Prepare and manage LOD capex, revenue&expenses budget</li><li>Develop and review analytical fleet data to monitor EMV conditions, performance, expenses, life cycles, replacement, and values</li><li>Track, monitor and optimize utilization of EMV</li><li>Prepare manpower planning in accordance with the EMV demand and submit it to the HR Department</li><li>Prepare the annual costs calculation for equipment, trucks&vehicles in accordance with the approved operational plans of the PSD and related agencies</li><li>Prepare the risk register plans for the management of EMV to ensure continuity of operations and submit it to the Corporate Development Office</li><li>Ensure that all vehicles are compliant with the relevant regulations including annual mechanical tests, livery approvals, and registration of new/existing EMV</li><li>Manage the fuel station activities which includes the receipt, offloading and distribution of fuel, management of orders, billing, and reporting</li><li>Ensure that the asset management policy, strategic plan, and objectives are developed in line with Customer objectives</li><li>Supervise the training academy to ensure that licensed drivers are evaluated through the necessary on/off job training and evaluation</li><li>Communicate continuously with customers to ensure that all relevant requirements which includes delivery, cost and quality are met</li><li>Review customer invoices to ensure these accurate, issued on time and compliant with the agreed contract terms</li><li>Ensure that all vehicle accidents are investigated, and necessary action is taken against the relevant drivers</li><li>Ensure that all tasks in the Section are being managed in compliance with the HSE guidelines and related regulations</li></ul><h3>QUALIFICATIONS&EXPERIENCE</h3><p><b>Educational:</b>Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline</p><p><b>Experience:</b>3-9 years</p><h3>SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS</h3><ul><li>Urdu Language (written and spoken) – Preferred</li><li>Arabic Language (written and spoken) – Preferred</li><li>English Language (written and spoken) – Essential</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
