Job Description

JOB PURPOSETo acquire, manage, maintain, and dispose of fleet vehicles in accordance with the Department strategy and PSD requirementsKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDepartmental FocusContribute to the development of and oversee the implementation of the strategic plan for the SectionDevelop the operational plans for the Section and monitor performance against the agreed KPIsPrepare and submit management reports on the operational activities and make recommendation for improvement when applicablePrepare the annual budget for the SectionRepresent the Section at various committees and at external and internal meetingsParticipate in developing and updating policies and proceduresMovementPrepare and manage LOD capex, revenue & expenses budgetDevelop and review analytical fleet data to monitor EMV conditions, performance, expenses, life cycles, replacement, and valuesTrack, monitor and optimize utilization of EMVPrepare manpower planning in accordance with the EMV demand and submit it to the HR DepartmentPrepare the annual costs calculation for equipment, trucks & vehicles in accordance with the approved operational plans of the PSD and related agenciesPrepare the risk register plans for the management of EMV to ensure continuity of operations and submit it to the Corporate Development OfficeEnsure that all vehicles are compliant with the relevant regulations including annual mechanical tests, livery approvals, and registration of new/existing EMVManage the fuel station activities which includes the receipt, offloading and distribution of fuel, management of orders, billing, and reportingEnsure that the asset management policy, strategic plan, and objectives are developed in line with Customer objectivesSupervise the training academy to ensure that licensed drivers are evaluated through the necessary on/off job training and evaluationCommunicate continuously with customers to ensure that all relevant requirements which includes delivery, cost and quality are metReview customer invoices to ensure these accurate, issued on time and compliant with the agreed contract termsEnsure that all vehicle accidents are investigated, and necessary action is taken against the relevant driversEnsure that all tasks in the Section are being managed in compliance with the HSE guidelines and related regulationsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEEducational: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant disciplineExperience: 3-9 yearsSPECIAL REQUIREMENTSUrdu Language (written and spoken) – PreferredArabic Language (written and spoken) – PreferredEnglish Language (written and spoken) – Essential#J-18808-Ljbffr
