Motor Claims Specialist

<div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>To possess and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all motor policies issued by the claims platform.</li><li>To request information and/or documentation from clients when necessary, and following up such requests.</li><li>To ensure good customer relations when communicating both in writing and verbally, by telephone or in person.</li><li>To ensure that all claim files contain up-to-date information as requested.</li><li>To provide a quality service to clients of other branches where necessary.</li><li>To ensure claim filing system is kept organized</li><li>Complete all assigned tasks on Bancs system.</li><li>Perform any other related duties as required to support the operation.</li></ul><h3>Minimum requirements of role</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
