Motor Claims Specialist

ResponsibilitiesTo possess and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all motor policies issued by the claims platform.To request information and/or documentation from clients when necessary, and following up such requests.To ensure good customer relations when communicating both in writing and verbally, by telephone or in person.To ensure that all claim files contain up-to-date information as requested.To provide a quality service to clients of other branches where necessary.To ensure claim filing system is kept organizedComplete all assigned tasks on Bancs system.Perform any other related duties as required to support the operation.Minimum requirements of roleBachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
