Job Title: Motor Claims Manager Location: Riyadh Contract: 3-6 months (extendable) Job Summary Our client, a top-tier insurer in Saudi Arabia, is hiring a Motor Insurance Claims Expert to lead cost saving initiatives and optimize average claim costs. Key Responsibilities Drive cost reduction and benefit realization initiatives. Optimize average motor claim costs and settlement frameworks. Apply regional and international best practices in motor claims. Work with actuarial, operations, and finance teams. Handle motor insurance policies, including quotations, issuance, and renewals. Conduct risk assessments and policy reviews. Contribute to developing and launching new motor insurance products. Requirements Motor claims operations and claims analytics & cost control. 2+ years in the motor insurance industry, with exposure to GCC or international insurance markets. Excellent customer service, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Arabic and English.
