We work to build trusted partnerships, putting client success and care at the heart of everything that we do.RequirementsDegree in Finance, Law, or Business is preferredCertification or equivalent in Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) from the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists or international Compliance Association (ICA) is preferred.Minimum of 8 years of AML experience with exposure to UAE compliance regulatory requirements, i.e. FSRA.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the day-to-day operations for compliance with its AML/TFS policies, procedures, systems and controlsRecognize and identify risk control points to compliance processes, including AML-TFS risk ratings, KYC onboarding, ongoing screening and maintenance of investor business relationships, and investment monitoring.Keeping abreast of regulatory changes, new regulations, and internal policy changes to further identify new key risk areasBenefitsThe Environment We OfferAs a growing firm with a tightly-knit team, we respect and listen to all our employees.
