We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.Mobility SpecialistDate: Apr 1, 2026Location: Riyadh, Riyadh Region, SACompany: HatchRequisition ID:98995Job Category:Human ResourcesRegion: Middle East Primary Location: Saudi Arabia Nationality Requirement: Priority to Saudi NationalsPosition SummaryReporting to the Regional Mobility Lead and working as part of the Global Mobility team, the Mobility Specialist provides end-to-end international and domestic mobility support for the Middle East region, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia.This role delivers a comprehensive, high-quality mobility experience across all stages of the assignment lifecycle, offering expert guidance on relocation, immigration, employment structure, and compliance. The position is responsible for the successful delivery of Saudi Arabia mobility activities in close collaboration with HR, Shared Services, and business stakeholders, while ensuring alignment with Hatch workforce and Saudization objectives.As a key contributor within the wider HR and Mobility function, the Mobility Specialist supports consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement of mobility practices across the AIM (Africa, India, and Middle East) region.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage end-to-end mobility activities for employees moving into, within, or out of the Middle East, with a specific focus on Saudi ArabiaEnsure adherence to Hatch Global Mobility guidelines, local labor laws, immigration policies, tax regulations, and employment compliance requirementsProvide strategic mobility advice to Shared Services teams and Business Leaders, ensuring seamless transitions and a consistent employee experienceAct as the primary point of contact for assignees, managing all aspects of:Immigration and work authorizationRelocation logistics and service providersCompensation structure, payroll coordination, and tax complianceVendor and third-party service provider managementPartner with HR and business stakeholders to support workforce planning, employment structuring, and mobility-related decision-makingEnsure accurate data management and reporting within HRIS and mobility systemsContribute to the continuous development and improvement of mobility processes, tools, and regional best practicesQualifications and ExperienceDemonstrated experience in Global Mobility and/or HR OperationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline; Mobility or HR specialty qualification preferredStrong working knowledge of the assignment lifecycle, including international and domestic assignmentsSolid understanding of international payroll, immigration processes, tax considerations, and third-party vendor management5–8+ years of experience in Global Mobility or HR Operations, with a strong focus on the Middle East and Saudi Arabia marketExperience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP; experience with AssignmentPro is an advantageAbility to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and deliver high-quality service under deadlinesHigh emotional intelligence, with the ability to support employees and families through the complexities of international relocationStrong understanding of project-based environments and regional business operationsProven client-service mindset with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential informationStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex immigration or mobility challenges efficiently and discreetlyCollaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutionsDon't meet every single requirement?
