Job Description SummaryThe MMP Portfolio Leader will be responsible for executing a major transformation of the $1B Multi-Year Maintenance Programs (MMPs) segment to deliver $250 million incremental growth by 2030 and drive significant efficiencies across the portfolio working in close partnership with Region ITR teams. This is a critical global leadership role will report to the Transactional Sales Leader for Global Services and interface regularly with Global Services SLT.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesLeading and growing a team of portfolio excellence managers and regionally aligned MMP Parts & Repairs Sales Managers.Engage closely with Region ITR Leadership team to drive portfolio growthMeet and exceed KPIs for Orders revenue and marginDrive contract compliance margin expansion and 100% visibility to backlog & pipelineEnsure robust MMP portfolio health with structured contract reviews & score cards.Drive a holistic system strategy to ensure accurate global forecasts & portfolio performance.Drive a continuous improvement plan to enhance operational efficiency and elimination of non‑value‑added activities through Kaizens Standard work and Problem solving.Lead management reviews of Portfolio performance budgeting and long‑range planningRequired QualificationsFor Europe LocationsBachelors Degree from accredited university or equivalent knowledge or experienceProven experience leading large and diverse teams in a global environment.Significant experience in the power generation services industry with deep domain expertise in Services Sales/Commercial/Operations.Proven ability to navigate ambiguous scenarios rallying multiple stakeholders with competing priorities to deliver desired outcomes.Strong business acumen and experience leading large projects.For Middle East / U.S. LocationsBachelors Degree from accredited universityMinimum of 3 years of experience leading large and diverse teams in a global environment.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the power generation services industry with deep domain expertise in Services Sales/Commercial/Operations.Proven ability to navigate ambiguous scenarios rallying multiple stakeholders with competing priorities to deliver desired outcomes.Strong business acumen and experience leading large projects.Desired CharacteristicsAbility to interact independently with Senior leadership team.Strong change leadership experience and communication skills.Experience supporting large Customers and complex contracting scenariosContinuous improvement mindset Lean experience and demonstrated problem solving skills.Resiliency and ability to pivot quickly to achieve objectives as challenges arise.GE Vernova offers a great work environment professional development challenging careers and competitive compensation. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
