This role requires exceptional mixology skills, a deep understanding of mocktail trends, and a strong customer service orientation.</p><h3>Beverage Expertise and Execution</h3><ul><li>Concoct and serve high-quality mocktails using premium free‑spirits and fresh ingredients</li><li>Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the hotel’s beverage menu and non‑alcoholic offerings</li><li>Provide knowledgeable recommendations and suggestions to guests, enhancing their overall dining and drinking experience</li><li>Ensure consistent and precise preparation of all beverages, adhering to standardized recipes and techniques</li></ul><h3>Guest Service and Satisfaction</h3><ul><li>Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating guests’ needs and responding promptly to their requests</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly and personable manner, building rapport and fostering a welcoming atmosphere</li><li>Address guest concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to the Restaurant / Beverage Manager as needed</li><li>Contribute to the overall ambiance and atmosphere of the bar, helping to create a memorable guest experience</li></ul><h3>Operational Efficiency</h3><ul><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are in good condition</li><li>Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure sufficient stock</li><li>Adhere to all applicable safety and sanitation policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations</li><li>Collaborate with the Restaurant / Beverage Manager and Food&Beverage team to optimize workflows and procedures</li></ul><h3>Living the Brand</h3><ul><li>Is impeccably groomed, charming, graceful, thoughtful and welcoming</li><li>Take pride in anticipating guest needs through service that is warm, genuine and intuitive</li><li>Understand what is required to offer “emotional luxury” and to provide service that is elegant and discreet</li><li>Create the guest experience through their senses across all public touch points</li><li>Ensure quality is never compromised</li><li>Is generous in spirit with guests and colleagues alike</li><li>Establish the reputation of the hotel in the local community for its quality service through hosting local events</li><li>Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a guest‑focused approach</li><li>Promote and practice the Company’s legacy competencies and values in all interactions</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; Hospitality, Culinary, or Bartender certification preferred</li><li>Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bartender in upscale bar or restaurant setting</li><li>Extensive knowledge of mocktail recipes, and mixology techniques</li><li>Proficiency in preparing a wide range of classic and contemporary mocktails</li><li>Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to engage with guests and provide exceptional service</li><li>Excellent problem‑solving and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment</li><li>Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and bar management software</li><li>Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred</li><li>Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required</li><li>Local market experience is an asset</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
