The Individual will be Closely working with the Recruiters , Delivery lead and BU Head , Involve in Creating Dashboards, Daily , Weekly Reports on candidate data g , Data Analysis , MIS Reporting Experience in Taleo , Workday , Success Factor ATS (Application Tracking System ) Usage of MS Excel (Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Pivot Table, VLookUp) MIS reporting by using MS Excel at Operational and Client level Maintaining Calendar Invite Skill Required 1 + years of Experience Experiece in Application Tracking System Excel Presentation , Pivot table, Powerpoint, MIS, MS office word , Power point presentation , charts
