OverviewMining Truck Driver - Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE (Preference for Malayalees)We are looking for an experienced Mining Truck Driver to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be required to operate large mining trucks and other vehicles to transport materials on site.ResponsibilitiesOperating mining trucks and other large vehicles in a safe and efficient manner at the mine siteInspecting vehicles before and after use for safety and maintenance purposesLoading and offloading materials in a safe mannerAdhering to all applicable safety regulations when operating vehiclesMaintaining records of vehicle operation times, distances travelled, repairs made, etc.Monitoring vehicle performance and alerting supervisors of any issuesComplying with traffic laws on public roadsOther duties as assigned by management.Qualifications/RequirementsMust have a valid UAE driver\'s license with experience driving large mining trucks or other heavy machineryMust have experience driving on public roads in the UAEMust possess strong manual dexterity skills and good judgment when operating vehiclesAbility to read maps/navigate unfamiliar routes is an assetKnowledge of traffic laws & safe driving practices is essentialAbility to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends if neededPreference given to candidates who speak English & MalayalamPreference given to candidates with own visa & accommodationUrgent positions available.#J-18808-Ljbffr
