By providing tailored hubs to suit its clients needs, Octopus gives companies all the advantages of remote work and offshoring without all the negatives.Job Purpose:Support the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the organization’s design system. Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure that components, patterns, and guidelines are consistently applied across digital products, helping to maintain design coherence and efficiency.Accountabilities:Design System Support – Maintain and update the design system, ensuring components, patterns, and guidelines are documented and applied correctly.Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with designers and developers to ensure consistent implementation of components and patterns.Documentation Maintenance – Keep design system documentation up to date for internal teams.Quality Assurance – Ensure design elements align with brand guidelines across products.Training & Support – Assist teams in onboarding and using the design system.Feedback Gathering – Collect stakeholder feedback to improve design system performance.Experience & Qualifications:3–5 years of experience in UX/UI design or front-end developmentExposure to working with design systems and component librariesBachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related fieldTechnical Skills:Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Frontify, and Token StudioBasic knowledge of HTML and CSSFamiliarity with component-based systems such as React or AngularCompetencies:Strong attention to detail and documentation skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesWillingness to learn and grow in design system practicesMultilingual knowledge is preferred, with Arabic proficiency as an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
