Job Description Company - for a Very Top Notch NBFC Role - Regional Manager - Mid Corporate Group Acquisition - Commercial Lending Role & responsibilities: Job Description: - To manage existing client base and to add more clients. Maintaining quality of the asset book managed by self - Source New to Company relationships for Commercial Emerging Corporate Business (Turnover above 250 Cr). Experience in handling Corporate client relationships is preferred - Build a diversified portfolio offering revenues from Assets, Fees, Cross sell etc. Asset opportunities to be sourced aligned to the lending norms as prescribed. - Appraise financial strength of client, advise and structure the facility meeting clients requirement and fitting within policy parameters. - Strong focus on Credit quality. Thorough monitoring of accounts sourced, keep track on customer business and report any early warning signals and take appropriate actions as identified. - Build a Portfolio which is strong and non-delinquent. Preferred candidate profile: Required Qualification - MBA Finance or CA - Required Experience - 4 Years+ relevant in Emerging/Small Corporate Acquisitions - Candidate needs to have an overall experience of more than 3 years in a Mid Corporate - RM role with a reputed Bank/Non Banking Financial Company would be preferred - He must have exposure in lending to Emerging Corporate clients Companies with revenue <200 Cr. (Companies with Turnover above 250 Cr). - Basic understanding of working capital and term lending products - Flair and ability to evaluate business opportunities - Relationship building and networking skills - Strong communications and presentation skills - Ability to get a given assignment/ job completed within the stipulated timeline
