Microsoft Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional Consultant - Banking Sector

DescriptionApt Resources is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics CRM TechnoFunctional Consultant to join our clients team in the banking sector based onsite in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a blend of strong technical and functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM particularly in Sales and Service modules as well as handson experience with Power Platform and Azure environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign develop and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.Customize workflows and handle postimplementation support and service requests.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements and develop prototypes.Architect solutions with best practices in security scalability and performance.Work closely with business analysts and product owners to groom the Dynamics CRM product backlog.Provide guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to Dynamics CRM coding standards.Implement and maintain integrations with backend and thirdparty systems.Develop Power Automate flows support bulk data jobs and integrate with SharePoint and O365.Requirements68 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sales and Service modules.Experience with Canvas and ModelDriven apps is a plus.Strong knowledge of Power Platform environments licensing security roles connectors and reusable components.Good understanding of Microsoft Azure Office 365 (Azure AD SharePoint OneDrive).Knowledge of authentication protocols such as OAuth client credential flow app registration etc.D365 Certifications (Customization and Configuration Customer Insights Fundamentals Power Platform Developer) are preferred.Familiarity with Agile methodology story writing and backlog prioritization.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.BenefitsSalary: AED/monthRequired ExperienceContract#J-18808-Ljbffr
