The role involves gathering and analyzing business needs, customizing Dynamics 365 solutions, managing integrations, and enabling end-user adoption. The consultant will collaborate with partners, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to deliver optimized, secure, and scalable solutions.Key job responsibilities:Business Process Optimization & AlignmentGather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.Translate requirements into functional specifications.Liaise with partners to ensure alignment and execution of business processes.Solution Delivery ExcellenceCustomize and extend Dynamics 365 using:Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with best practices.Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage:Application lifecycleBackups and disaster recoverySecurity and complianceEnd-User Enablement & AdoptionProvide L1 support to business users.Escalate issues to partners for L2/L3 support.Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support.Technical Enablement & AutomationDevelop and manage reports using Power BI and built-in D365 reporting tools.Support PL/SQL development and troubleshooting.Automate processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong experience with Dynamics 365 customization and extension.Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).Knowledge of DevOps practices for application lifecycle management.Experience with Power BI reporting and PL/SQL development.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to liaise with third parties for system integration and support.#J-18808-Ljbffr
