About The RoleWe are seeking a passionate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce Techno-Functional Consultant for our UAE offices. You will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing Dynamics 365 solutions for our retail operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand retail business needs and translate them into technical specifications for Dynamics 365 Retail & CommerceDesign, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce modules (e.g., Point of Sale, Product Management, eCommerce)Develop and document functional specifications and test plansIntegrate Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce with other enterprise systemsConduct user training and support post-implementationWork closely with developers to ensure functional requirements are metStay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce features and best practicesQualifications5-7 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce ConsultantProven experience with successful Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce implementations, preferably in the retail sector (pharmacy experience a bonus)Strong understanding of retail operations and best practicesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHighly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (must be able to communicate effectively with diverse audiences across UAE, Australia, and Ireland)Experience with Agile methodologies preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
