And honesty and taking total responsibility are the pillars of everything we do.A glimpse of your typical workdayBusiness Process & ControlsPartner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to: Improve business processes, strengthen financial and inventory controls, reduce manual workarounds and spreadsheets, and ensure optimal system utilizationSystemize manual processes (e.g., adjustments, reconciliations, approvals).Ensure strong audit trails, segregation of duties, and compliance within D365 framework.Data Quality & Master DataLead initiatives to improve: Customer master, Vendor master, Item master, Chart of Accounts.Work closely with Data and Finance teams to address duplication, errors, and inconsistencies.Support data governance and ownership frameworks within D365.Act as functional support for D365 F&OWork with technical team for issues, bug fixes and enhancements.Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activitiesEnsure timely ticket resolution as per SLADrive continuous system optimization and user adoption.Enhancements & Continuous ImprovementTranslate business requirements into Functional Design Documents (FDD)Conduct fit-gap analysis for new requirementsSupport SIT and UAT cyclesConfigure system changes within D365Provide user training and knowledge documentationWork closely with implementation and support partnersAct as bridge between business and technical teamsSupport change management initiativesProvide functional leadership across streamsWhat makes you stand out7–10+ years ERP Microsoft Dynamics functional experience.Minimum 5 years hands-on D365 F&O experience.Strong expertise in Finance modules.Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes.Experience working closely with Finance Controllers and business leaders.Strong documentation and functional design skillsThe joys:Workspace:We mix work and play with an exclusive gym and an inspiration zone filled with indoor games, library, bean bags and of course, piping hot coffee.Game-changing leadership:We mentor and hone future leaders through agile, dynamic and people-focused training.Enriching rewards:Besides bench-marking industry remuneration, we offer medical benefits and discounts on all Masafi products.Focus on wellness:We not only insist on a great work-life balance but also accompany it with a lovely wellness program.Our storyMasafi was born in the Hajar Mountains in the United Arab Emirates.
