And honesty and taking total responsibility are the pillars of everything we do.</p><h3>A glimpse of your typical workday</h3><h3>Business Process&Controls</h3><ul><li>Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to: Improve business processes, strengthen financial and inventory controls, reduce manual workarounds and spreadsheets, and ensure optimal system utilization</li><li>Systemize manual processes (e.g., adjustments, reconciliations, approvals).</li><li>Ensure strong audit trails, segregation of duties, and compliance within D365 framework.</li></ul><h3>Data Quality&Master Data</h3><ul><li>Lead initiatives to improve: Customer master, Vendor master, Item master, Chart of Accounts.</li><li>Work closely with Data and Finance teams to address duplication, errors, and inconsistencies.</li><li>Support data governance and ownership frameworks within D365.</li><li>Act as functional support for D365 F&O</li><li>Work with technical team for issues, bug fixes and enhancements.</li><li>Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities</li><li>Ensure timely ticket resolution as per SLA</li><li>Drive continuous system optimization and user adoption.</li></ul><h3>Enhancements&Continuous Improvement</h3><ul><li>Translate business requirements into Functional Design Documents (FDD)</li><li>Conduct fit-gap analysis for new requirements</li><li>Support SIT and UAT cycles</li><li>Configure system changes within D365</li><li>Provide user training and knowledge documentation</li><li>Work closely with implementation and support partners</li><li>Act as bridge between business and technical teams</li><li>Support change management initiatives</li><li>Provide functional leadership across streams</li></ul><h3>What makes you stand out</h3><ul><li>7–10+ years ERP Microsoft Dynamics functional experience.</li><li>Minimum 5 years hands-on D365 F&O experience.</li><li>Strong expertise in Finance modules.</li><li>Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes.</li><li>Experience working closely with Finance Controllers and business leaders.</li><li>Strong documentation and functional design skills</li></ul><h3>The joys:</h3><h3>Workspace:</h3><p>We mix work and play with an exclusive gym and an inspiration zone filled with indoor games, library, bean bags and of course, piping hot coffee.</p><h3>Game-changing leadership:</h3><p>We mentor and hone future leaders through agile, dynamic and people-focused training.</p><h3>Enriching rewards:</h3><p>Besides bench-marking industry remuneration, we offer medical benefits and discounts on all Masafi products.</p><h3>Focus on wellness:</h3><p>We not only insist on a great work-life balance but also accompany it with a lovely wellness program.</p><h3>Our story</h3><p>Masafi was born in the Hajar Mountains in the United Arab Emirates.
