The ideal candidate will ensure smooth system operation, optimize business processes, and deliver seamless user experiences within the Dynamics 365 environment.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modulesCustomize forms, workflows, dashboards, and reportsManage system integrations with third‑party applicationsProvide user training and technical supportPerform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolutionDevelop and maintain system documentationEnsure data accuracy, security, and complianceCoordinate with vendors and Microsoft partners for upgrades and patchesParticipate in digital transformation and CRM optimization projectsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field3–6 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365Hands‑on experience with D365 CRM (Finance & Operations experience is a plus)Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of D365 CRM modulesExperience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)Understanding of C#/.NET for CRM customizationsSQL knowledge and data migration experienceExperience with integrations (APIs, Azure services)#J-18808-Ljbffr
