OverviewApt Resources is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant (Sales & Service) for a client in the banking and financial services sector. This fulltime onsite role in Dubai UAE requires an experienced professional to develop, customize and optimize Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Service modules). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in JavaScript, C#, Power Automate and Azure services with a deep understanding of CRM customization and integration within financial institutions.ResponsibilitiesCustomize and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM Sales & Service modules using JavaScript, C#, Plugins and Power Automate.Develop and configure Sales Pipeline, Lead Scoring, Forecasting, Quote Management and SLA Management.Implement Custom Ribbons, Command Bars, and UI enhancements for Model-Driven Apps.Integrate Dataverse SDK, Web APIs, OAuth authentication and Azure Functions for seamless system interoperability.Optimize Case Management, SLA Management and Knowledge Base functionalities within CRM.Ensure role-based security and compliance with financial sector regulations.Lead development initiatives and mentor junior developers.RequirementsExtensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Service modules).Expert-level JavaScript skills with strong proficiency in C#, Dataverse SDK and Power Automate workflows.Experience integrating Azure services APIs and OAuth authentication into CRM solutions.Strong understanding of custom connectors, security roles and business process automation.Preferred CertificationsMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL200)Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate (MB230)Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate (MB210)BenefitsThe salary is AED 30,000 depending on experience.ExperienceContract#J-18808-Ljbffr
