The operator gathers hourly machine throughput data, uses packaging material efficiently, manages packers, and maintains good manufacturing practice within the assigned area.</p><h3>Principal Accountabilities</h3><ul><li>Achieve machine efficiency targets set by the department.</li><li>Reach material efficiency targets and grams give away targets.</li><li>Manage packers’ break times, cleaning during flavor changes, and time in/out.</li><li>Maintain machine condition by following the bag maker&Ishida maintenance checklist.</li><li>Keep workplace and machine clean following GMP guidelines.</li><li>Report all health hazards to immediate manager.</li><li>Ensure quality packets are produced at all times.</li><li>Attend quality wall meetings at least fifteen times per month.</li><li>Implement, sustain, and participate in continual improvement of the EHS Management System, ensuring compliance with legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS, and EHS standards.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Industrial Training Institute graduate (ITI) or relevant tertiary qualification.</li><li>Basic communication skills.</li><li>Good working attitude.</li><li>Minimum 1‑year experience in packaging machine operation.</li><li>Competencies: analytical thinking, drive for results, intellectual curiosity, integrity, and developing others.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
