We are seeking dynamic and passionate Trainers (male and female) to join our esteemed team in Riyadh!Job PurposeLincoln College International (LCI) is seeking a Mechanical Engineer/Technician specializing in Metal Fabrication, Machining, Sheet Metal Work, and Welding techniques to join our training team in Riyadh. This role is instrumental in delivering hands‑on training across various manufacturing and industrial sectors, ensuring trainees develop comprehensive skills in fabrication, machining, sheet metal processes, assembly and welding. The successful candidate will prepare, deliver, and assess training supporting the progression of trainees into specialist roles within the industry. Due to the sensitive nature of this role, candidates will be required to undergo enhanced background security checks as part of the recruitment process. Good competency in English is mandatory. Non‑native candidates must provide proof of English competency through IELTS, TOEFL, STEP, or a similar language exam. An offer of employment will be made subject to final approval from the client.Principal Duties & ResponsibilitiesTraining & Course DeliveryMetal fabrication techniquesMachining techniquesSheet metal fabricationWelding processesFastening techniquesStructural reinforcement and repair techniquesDesign and implement engaging, hands‑on lessons, workshops, and assessments that align with industry standards and best practices.Ensure training is industry‑focused, with a strong emphasis on real‑world applications and technical competencies.Assess trainees’ practical and theoretical understanding, providing structured feedback to support learning and skill development.Maintain high teaching and learning quality standards through peer reviews and lesson observations.Actively engage and motivate trainees, fostering technical excellence and professional behaviour.Course & Program DevelopmentManage course content and success rates, ensuring effective learning outcomes.Develop and refine training materials to align with industry advancements and regulatory requirements.Contribute to developing and enhancing LCI’s training programs, ensuring they remain at the cutting edge of technology and best practices.Quality Assurance & AssessmentConduct assessments and internal verification and maintain documentation in compliance with LCI policies.Ensure the safety, functionality, and upkeep of training equipment, tools, and lab facilities.Trainee Engagement & SupportOrganize enrichment activities, including industry visits, guest lectures and hands‑on projects.Support the selection, recruitment, and enrollment of trainees into LCI programs.Provide guidance, mentorship, and career support to trainees, ensuring their success in the program and progression into employment.Promote equal opportunities, safeguarding and welfare within the training environment.Collaboration & Professional DevelopmentWork as part of a flexible training team, collaborating with colleagues to enhance the learning experience.Stay updated with industry and pedagogical advancements through continuous professional development and training.Undertake such other duties commensurate with the level of the post as may be required from time to time.This is not a complete statement of all duties and responsibilities of this post. The post holder may be required to carry out other lawful and reasonable duties, as defined under respective UK and Saudi law, as directed by a supervising manager.Person SpecificationsEssential RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of industry experience in metal fabrication, machining, sheet metal work, fastening or welding techniques, ideally within a manufacturing, aviation, automotive or heavy industry setting.Minimum of Diploma (or equivalent) in Mechanical Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Production Technology or a related field. Or a recognized professional certification in a related field, for example:CSWIP Welding Inspector Certification – TWI / Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) – AWS.PCN Level II, or III (BINDT) / ASNT Level II, or IIICertified CNC Machinist (Siemens / Mastercam / FANUC)Excellent communication skills and motivation to engage and inspire trainees (A CEFR B1 ability in English is required).Enhanced security clearance will be required.Understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices.Desirable RequirementsPrior teaching or training experience in a technical or vocational setting.Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., Level 4 Certificate in Education and
