Merchant Settlement Senior Officer

The Merchant Settlement Senior Officer would be responsible for handling request from Key & Govt merchants. He should be well organized and be able to work both as part of a team and independently. The ideal candidate should display a confident & committed approach to work and be proactive Strong accounting knowledge is required for this role The role holder will interact with stakeholders & merchants.Candidates should manage their time effectively, have & have sound interpersonal skills.high level of integrity is required from the candidate.ResponsibilitiesProcessing of merchant Queries from Govt & key merchantsResolve complex merchant queries relating to payments, VAT & settlementCoordinating with IT, Projects & other teams if required to resolve issuesPreparing MIS & reportsMonitoring and action rejected transactionsTransaction Posting for adjustment’s & merchant refundsManage escalated & urgent request from merchantsEngage with Sales & Relationship team to support complex queries as requiredQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree/preferably Accounting based.Experience:1+ years of Previous experience in banking /operations.Prior knowledge of paymentsPrevious experience ins service excellence#J-18808-Ljbffr
