Merchant Operations Intern

Keeta is looking for a proactive and analytical Merchant Operations Intern to support merchant growth and operational performance on our platform. In this role, you will work closely with the Merchant Operations team to analyze merchant performance, support promotional strategies, and help improve restaurant partner engagement.What You’ll DoSupport data-driven decision-making for merchant growth and promotional strategies.Analyze merchant launch data to identify operational issues such as low or no sales, incorrect store information, limited operating hours, or insufficient image coverage.Prepare reports and recommendations to improve merchant performance on the platform.Identify daily top-performing merchants and support growth initiatives through promotional activities such as discount campaigns and banners.Assist in evaluating Business Development (BD) team performance using basic performance metrics and scoring frameworks.Assist restaurant partners with content management and performance improvement initiatives.Conduct restaurant visits to gather feedback from staff and customers to better understand operational challenges affecting sales.What We Need From YouBasic analytical thinking and ability to interpret operational data.Knowledge of Python, SQL, and various data analytics tools.Prior internship experience in operations, business, or related fields is a plus.Ability to handle ad-hoc tasks and urgent requests effectively.Strong attention to detail, with a responsible and proactive mindset.Curiosity about business operations and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environmentAvailable 5 days per week for a minimum internship duration of 3 months (Dubai-based).What Makes This Role ExcitingGain hands-on experience in merchant operations and growth strategy within a rapidly expanding food delivery platform.Work directly with restaurant partners and cross-functional teams to improve real business outcomes.Develop practical skills in data analysis, operational optimization, and merchant management.Be part of a high-growth business environment that encourages innovation, learning, and rapid professional development.#J-18808-Ljbffr
