Job Description

<div><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet business objectives.</li><li>Analyze consumer demands, competitor offerings, and buyer preferences.</li><li>Plan and manage product assortments, ensuring a balanced mix of styles, colors, and sizes.</li><li>Collaborate closely with designers and production teams to ensure product availability, pricing, and timely delivery.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source the best fabrics, trims, and components for production.</li><li>Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and identify opportunities for stock replenishment or markdowns.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in apparel merchandising or retail buying.</li><li>Strong knowledge of the apparel industry.</li><li>Proficiency in merchandising software and Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams.</li><li>Attention to detail with a creative and strategic approach to merchandising.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills</h3><ul><li>Experience working with both wholesale and retail markets.</li><li>Knowledge of fabric sourcing and production processes.</li><li>Familiarity with digital merchandising and e‑commerce platforms.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
