OverviewMerchandiser - Qatar (African/Malayalee Nationals Preferred)We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies in order to maximize sales and profits. This role is specifically open to Africans or Malayalees, however all nationalities are welcome to apply.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute merchandising strategies for various product categoriesConduct market research and analyze consumer trendsCreate visual displays that effectively showcase productsMonitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishmentCollaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of productsTrain and supervise sales staff on effective merchandising techniquesRequirementsProven experience as a Merchandiser or similar roleMust be fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plusStrong understanding of merchandising principles and techniquesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionMust have valid visa/work permit for QatarThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in the retail industry.
