Your primary goal will be to drive sales and increase brand awareness through effective merchandising strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute merchandising plans to showcase products in an attractive and organized mannerCollaborate with store managers to ensure optimal product placement and availabilityMonitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing productsConduct market research to understand consumer trends and preferencesAnalyze sales data to identify opportunities for improving product performanceTrain store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniquesCreate eye-catching displays that highlight product features and promotionsEnsure adherence to brand standards in all visual elements of the storeParticipate in new product launches and assist with promotional events as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred2+ years of experience in retail merchandising or similar roleStrong knowledge of merchandising techniques, principles, and best practicesExcellent communication skills and ability to workcollaboratively with othersProficient in Microsoft Office suite; experience with design software a plusAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detailFluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plusBenefitsCompetitive salary of 1600$ per monthAccommodation providedFree visa sponsorshipRound-trip ticket provided annually#J-18808-Ljbffr
