Our company values diversity and welcomes applicants of all backgrounds to apply for this position.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the sales team to determine the most effective product placement strategiesAnalyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions about product assortment, pricing, and promotionsCreate eye-catching displays that attract customers\' attention and highlight key productsEnsure that all products are properly stocked, priced, and labeled according to company standardsMonitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the appropriate teamsCollaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional events or campaignsConduct regular store visits to ensure that visual merchandising standards are being metTrain store staff on proper merchandising techniques and provide feedback as neededStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in order to make strategic recommendationsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or related field preferredProven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in retail or fashion industry preferredStrong understanding of visual merchandising concepts and techniquesExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsAbility to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisionsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsCreative mindset with a keen eye for design and aestheticsFamiliarity with retail software and POS systemsPhysical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 poundsIndian nationality preferred, but all nationalities are welcome to applyPrior experience or knowledge of Khawr Fakkan market is a plusSalary and BenefitsSalary for this position is $1000 per month.
