OverviewMerchandising Assistant - Musaffah, UAEOur company is a leading retailer in the Musaffah area of UAE and we are seeking a skilled Merchandising Assistant to join our team. As a Merchandising Assistant, your main responsibility will be to support the merchandising team in planning, organizing and executing product displays and promotions.ResponsibilitiesAssist in creating and maintaining visual displays to showcase products in an attractive and organized mannerCollaborate with the merchandising team to plan and implement effective promotional strategiesMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking of productsConduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferencesUse data analysis tools to track sales performance and make recommendations for improvementEnsure all products are properly priced, labeled and displayed according to company standardsCoordinate with store management for product placement and prioritization of displaysProvide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns related to products or promotionsQualificationsFluency in Urdu or Punjabi language is preferred due to our Pakistani customer basePrior experience in a merchandising role is highly preferredKnowledge of the retail industry, including market trends and customer behaviorExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamMust have valid UAE residency visa (sponsorship) or own visa#J-18808-Ljbffr
