Merchandiser - El-Ain, EgyptWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in El‑Ain, Egypt. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and developing product displays to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to analyze market trends and customer preferences to ensure our products are displayed in the most effective way.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company goalsConduct market research to understand customer preferences and trendsCreate attractive product displays that meet brand standards and drive salesCollaborate with sales team to develop promotions and special offersMonitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing productsMaintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelinesTrain store staff on proper product placement and display techniquesRegularly visit stores to ensure product displays are properly set up and maintainedRequirementsPrevious experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industryStrong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviorExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamAttention to detail and creative thinking skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsCompensationSalary: $1,600/monthWork HoursThis is a full‑time position, Monday‑Friday from 9 am – 5 pm.
