OverviewMerchandiser Supervisor (Zayed City)We are looking for a skilled and experienced Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team in Zayed City. As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the merchandising activities of our company. This includes ensuring that all products are displayed and promoted in an attractive and organized manner, maintaining inventory levels, and training and supervising merchandisers.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute merchandising strategies to promote sales and enhance customer experienceMonitor inventory levels and ensure that products are adequately stockedTrain, supervise, and motivate a team of merchandisers to achieve set targetsOversee the layout of product displays to attract customers and increase salesCollaborate with other departments such as marketing, sales, and procurement to ensure effective product placementConduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activitiesGenerate reports on sales trends, stock levels, and customer feedback to inform decision-makingRequirementsProven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail settingExcellent knowledge of visual merchandising techniquesStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a teamGood understanding of inventory management principlesAbility to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsAttention to detail with a creative eye for product displaysQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferredMinimum 3 years of experience as a Merchandiser Supervisor or similar roleProficient in MS Office applicationsFluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is preferredWorking ConditionsThis is a full-time position based in Zayed City. The standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. However, the Merchandiser Supervisor may be required to work evenings and weekends based on business needs.
