OverviewMerchandiser for Retail Store in Dubai (Egyptian Nationals only)A reputable retail store in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. As an Egyptian national, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store by managing product displays and inventory, as well as maintaining relationships with suppliers.ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and attract customersCreate visually appealing displays that showcase our products and adhere to brand standardsMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of productsConduct market research to stay updated on current trends and customer preferencesCollaborate with the sales team to develop promotions and special offersTrain and supervise store staff on proper merchandising techniquesEnsure all products are properly labeled with accurate pricing informationHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns related to merchandiseRequirementsEgyptian nationality (as per company preference)Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferredStrong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniquesExcellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (verbal and written)Proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsAble to work independently as well as part of a teamBenefitsCompetitive salary of 1000 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)Visa sponsorship provided by the companyOpportunity for career growth within the companyIf you are passionate about retail and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you!
