OverviewMerchandiser for Retail Store in Sharjah (Indian or Pakistani)Our retail store in Sharjah is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in merchandising and a strong understanding of the Indian or Pakistani market.ResponsibilitiesSelect, purchase, and display products in the store to attract customers and drive sales.Collaborate with the buying team to understand customer preferences and market trends, and plan and execute effective merchandising strategies.Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are in stock.Work with suppliers to negotiate competitive prices and timely delivery of products.Monitor sales performance and recommend adjustments to pricing or product placement as needed.QualificationsExcellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.Attention to detail to ensure products are displayed accurately and attractively.Basic English communication skills preferred; fluency is not required.Legal right to work in Sharjah.On-the-job training is provided; prior experience is not required.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: 1700 USD per month plus sales bonuses.
