OverviewMerchandiser - Women's Fashion (Qatar)We are currently seeking a talented and driven Merchandiser to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Merchandiser for our women's fashion line, you will play a crucial role in selecting and presenting merchandise that meets the needs and preferences of our target market.ResponsibilitiesConduct market research and stay updated on current fashion trends in QatarCollaborate with designers to develop and select merchandise for the women's fashion lineNegotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of productsCreate visual displays to showcase merchandise in an appealing mannerWork closely with sales and marketing teams to plan promotions and sales strategiesMonitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or clearance of productsAnalyze sales data to make informed decisions about future merchandising strategiesQualificationsFluency in Malayalam or Arabic is preferred but not requiredPrior experience in merchandising, preferably in the fashion industry, is a plus but not requiredMust have a valid visa or be eligible for sponsorship in QatarPassion for women's fashion and a strong understanding of customer preferencesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teamsAdditional InformationThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in merchandising or wants to gain experience working in the exciting world of fashion.
